They are cute and cuddly, but don't let your guard down, the Frostfeathers applies the brand new buff Slow on their targets when attacking.

Slow: Remove Frenzy. -25% Move and Attack Speed. Additionally, if a minion gains Frenzy, Slow is removed

The mountain folk enjoy a good time, so much so that they've become famous for their Revelry. The Woodsman in particular will gain Frenzy, and give nearby Enemies Slow.

Revelry: If summoned close to another Stoutheart unit - or if another Stoutheart unit is summoned nearby.
